In Salesforce, go to the list view you want to export (Opportunities, Campaigns, etc.)

Click the gear icon ⚙️ →
Export → choose Export as CSV3
For Opportunities: include fields
Name, Account Name, Stage, Close Date, Amount, Probability, Owner, Lead Source, Type, Description4
For Campaigns: include
Campaign Name, Type, Status, Start Date, End Date, Description5
Save the file and upload it below. Column names don't need to be exact — you'll map them in step 3.
